These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Paris888 ("paris888", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the paris888 website located at https://paris888.cam and all related services, products, software, and features (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager on paris888, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. To register and maintain an account on paris888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform. Paris888 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21. Age verification may be requested at any time.

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on paris888. Duplicate accounts will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order, either applied via paris888's tools or through any third-party gambling exclusion programme you have enrolled in.
• Not a Restricted Person: Employees of paris888 and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in any promotions.
• Jurisdictional Compliance: You represent that online gambling is not prohibited by the laws of your country or region of residence. Accessing paris888 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction is a breach of these Terms.

Paris888 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts, particularly prior to processing withdrawal requests exceeding applicable thresholds. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo identity document (MyKad, passport, or driving licence) and proof of residential address issued within the last three months.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify paris888 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. Paris888 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain credential security.

By accessing and using the paris888 platform, you agree to the following conditions of use:

Paris888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, game, or service at any time without prior notice, and shall not be liable to any user for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

All financial transactions on paris888 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following terms govern deposits made to a paris888 account:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer.
• Accepted Payment Methods: Paris888 accepts deposits via DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Connect, and selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT), Ethereum (ETH), and Litecoin (LTC).
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via e-wallet and FPX are credited to your account balance immediately or within a few minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to standard blockchain confirmation times.
• Currency Conversion: Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of crediting. Paris888 is not liable for fluctuations in cryptocurrency value.
• Third-Party Deposits: Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be refused, and associated funds may be held pending investigation.
• Deposit Limits: Players may voluntarily set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings as part of paris888's responsible gambling framework. Once set, these limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.

Paris888 reserves the right to refuse any deposit at its sole discretion, including where KYC verification remains incomplete or where Suspicious Activity has been identified on the account.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Completion: Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request can be processed. Paris888 may request additional documentation at any time.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction unless otherwise specified.
• Wagering Completion: Where Bonus Funds have been credited to your account, any applicable wagering requirements must be met in full before the associated funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. If the original method is unavailable, paris888 may process via an alternative verified channel.
• Processing Times: E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 minutes. DuitNow and FPX bank transfers are processed within 5–15 minutes. Direct bank wire transfers may take 15–60 minutes. All stated times are indicative and not guaranteed.
• Withdrawal Limits: Daily withdrawal limits apply and are communicated in the relevant account settings. VIP Gold members benefit from elevated daily limits. Contact support for specific limit details.
• Maximum Cash-Out from Bonuses: Withdrawals derived from bonus winnings may be subject to a stated maximum cash-out cap per promotion. This cap is disclosed on the relevant promotion page.

Paris888 offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, free spin allocations, referral rewards, and VIP tier benefits. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by specific terms published on each individual promotion page:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonus credits carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., x10, x15, x20). The full wagering requirement must be completed before bonus funds or derived winnings become withdrawable.
• Maximum Bet: While any Bonus Funds remain active in your account, your maximum permitted stake per bet or spin is RM50 unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games, table games, and certain other categories may contribute at a reduced rate (10%–50%). Specific contribution rates are published in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered through within the stated validity window (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from claim date) will expire automatically and be removed from the account balance.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active promotion may be applied to a player account at any given time, unless paris888 specifically permits stacking in writing.
• Bonus Abuse: Paris888 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions, employing low-risk betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements, and systematic exploitation of promotion mechanics.

All sports betting, live betting, and casino wagering on paris888 is subject to the following rules:

• Bets placed are final and cannot be modified or cancelled once confirmed, except as expressly permitted by paris888 in specific market rules (e.g., Cash Out functionality where available).
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or human error resulting in incorrect odds being offered, paris888 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes at its sole discretion.
• Paris888 reserves the right to set maximum stake limits and maximum winnings caps per event, market, or bet type. These limits apply equally to all players.
• Live (in-play) betting odds are subject to suspension and change at any time. Bets submitted during a suspension window will not be accepted.
• Odds for Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, Champions League, UFC, Formula 1, and all other covered markets are set by paris888's trading team and are final once a bet is confirmed.
• Any bet identified as placed in circumstances constituting inside information, match-fixing knowledge, or collusion will be voided and the account suspended pending investigation.
• Casino game results are determined by certified random number generators. Paris888 does not guarantee any specific outcome or return on any game session.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on paris888 and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or using false or third-party identities.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or place wagers.
• Exploiting software errors, vulnerabilities, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome across multiple accounts or platforms in a manner that constitutes system abuse.
• Using a Virtual Private Network (VPN), proxy service, or other IP masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your location.
• Placing bets using funds derived from unlawful activities, or using paris888 to launder, conceal, or transfer proceeds of crime.
• Facilitating or permitting access to your account by any third party, including allowing another person to place bets on your behalf.
• Engaging in any form of threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward paris888 staff or other users.
• Reproducing, duplicating, copying, reselling, or otherwise exploiting any part of the paris888 platform without express written authorisation.

Paris888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to eligibility violations and Prohibited Activities.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period as requested by paris888.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading registration information.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing involvement.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account closure.
• Player request for self-exclusion submitted through paris888's responsible gambling tools.

Where an account is closed by the player voluntarily and no bonus funds are active or under investigation, any verified cash balance will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe. Where the closure is due to a breach of these Terms, paris888 may withhold some or all of the account balance subject to the outcome of any investigation.

Paris888 is committed to promoting safe, controlled, and responsible gambling behaviour. The platform provides the following tools to help players maintain control of their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss amounts per day, week, or month to prevent excessive losses within a defined window.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may activate session duration alerts that prompt them to review their play time at defined intervals.
• Cool-Off Period: A temporary voluntary pause on account activity, typically ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks, can be activated without permanently closing the account.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel gambling is negatively affecting their life may request permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed for a minimum period as stated in the Responsible Gambling Policy.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the paris888 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Paris888 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, winnings, data, or goodwill.
• Platform downtime, technical failures, or interruption of Services.
• Errors in game software or data feeds resulting in incorrect odds, game outcomes, or displayed balances that are subsequently corrected.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any delay in withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers or banking systems outside paris888's operational control.

Paris888 provides the platform and all Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Paris888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, Paris888 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the platform.

Your continued use of the paris888 platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any dispute as to their existence, validity, breach, or termination, shall be referred first to paris888's internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a formal dispute, you must contact paris888 in writing at [email protected] with a clear description of the nature of the dispute, the relief sought, and supporting documentation. Paris888 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to reach a resolution within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal procedures within a reasonable timeframe, the matter may be escalated to the appropriate regulatory body as applicable. Paris888 cooperates fully with any such escalation.
